With a view to “leaving the best till last”, we are pleased that dla digital leaders advisory has, for the second year in a row, been awarded a place in the renowned HR Consultancy ranking of business news magazine Wirtschaftswoche. We have been named in two categories this year: IT and Consulting / Professional Services. Given the strong competition, this makes us particularly proud.

This once again underlines how closely and reliably we work with managers who use their expertise to ensure that their companies are fit for the future. We seem have been particularly successful at doing this in our core markets of IT and professional services / consulting. For top managers in these areas, it is of major importance that new technologies such as artificial intelligence are not assessed only in terms of their productivity potential, but most importantly for their ability to develop organisations further and make them fit for the future. This poses challenging responsibilities for consulting and service companies such as the Big Four in particular.
