The ranking, which comes as the company celebrates its fifth anniversary, not only distinguishes dla as an expert in offering executive search assistance amid the challenges of the digital transformation, but also enables it to position itself as a leading consultant in a traditional industry. dla digital leaders advisory supports companies experiencing particularly severe pressure to change. The HR consultancy ranking is commissioned annually by German business news magazine WirtschaftsWoche. The 2022 ranking is based on a survey developed by Christel Gade, a professor at the IU International University of Applied Sciences. Between October 2021 and July 2022, some 2,300 hiring decision-makers in German companies reported on how satisfied they were with the performance of the headhunting firms they were working with, among other things. The name recognition and reputation of the consulting firms were also included in the ranking. More than 830 consulting firms were named and evaluated as part of the undertaking.
